Welcome to The Monday University! Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling. By purchasing or accessing the course, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you have any questions, contact us at [email protected].

 

1. Programme Access & Inclusions

  • Enrolment grants you lifetime access to The Monday University online course, including all existing modules and future updates.
  • Content covers four key pillars: Vision, Technique, Structure and Confidence.
  • Your enrolment includes 3 months of free access to The Social Club (monthly coaching calls and a private WhatsApp group). After that, access continues at £29/month (cancel anytime). If you do not claim your free access within 12 months of enrolment, this bonus will expire.

 

2. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the course and immediate access to all materials, all sales are final and non-refundable.

3. Educational Disclaimer

  • The Monday University is not an accredited institution and does not award degrees or certifications.
  • All content is for educational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding business outcomes, income increases, or client acquisition.

 

4. Account Usage & Security

  • You must register with accurate and complete information to access the course materials.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You agree not to disclose your password to any third party or share access with anyone outside your household.
  • Sharing, transferring, or reselling your account access is strictly prohibited.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or suspected breach of your account.

If we suspect account sharing or misuse, we reserve the right to:

  • Issue a warning
  • Temporarily suspend your account
  • Terminate access permanently without refund
  • Take legal action to recover any losses or damages caused by unauthorised use

We take account security seriously and expect all students to respect these conditions.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, downloads, templates, and written content, are the intellectual property of The Monday Club. You may not copy, share, distribute or resell any content from The Monday University. Materials are for individual use only.

 

6. Community Expectations

  • Be kind, respectful and professional in all interactions within The Social Club and related communities.
  • We reserve the right to remove any student who breaches these expectations.

 

7. Marketing & Email Consent

  • By purchasing this course, you consent to receive essential course-related emails (like coaching call reminders, event invites, giveaway reminders and updates).
  • You will have the option to opt into marketing emails and newsletters for additional tips and promotions.

 

8. Payments & Instalments

  • If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Failure to do so may result in restricted access.
  • Access will be restored once payments are resumed. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains up to date.

 

9. External Links

The course dashboard or emails may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these sites.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

The Monday Club and its team shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the course. All educational content is used at your own discretion and responsibility.

 

11. Future of the Course

If The Monday University is ever moved off Kajabi, you will be provided with a download link to access your course materials. This link will remain active for 3 months. You are responsible for downloading and storing the course content during this time. After the 3-month window, we are not held responsible for re-sending or re-hosting course materials. No refunds will be issued due to a failure to download and store the content within the allocated timeframe.

 

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be shared via email. Continued access to the course confirms your acceptance of the revised terms.

 

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed under UK law. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, all remaining terms remain in full effect.
