Membership Terms & Conditions

Welcome to The Monday Social Club! These terms outline the agreement between you (the member) and us (The Monday Club) when you join the membership.

By signing up, you agree to the terms below:

1. What’s Included

As a Social Club member, you receive:

  • Access to our private WhatsApp group for daily support and feedback

  • One live group coaching Q&A call per month with Suzi

  • Exclusive discounts and early access to products and in-person events

These benefits may be updated from time to time to ensure the best possible experience for members.

2. Membership Fee & Payments

  • The Social Club is £29 per month (GBP).

  • Your payment will be taken automatically each month on the same date you joined.

  • Payment is processed via the method you selected at checkout (e.g. Stripe or PayPal).

3. Cancellations

  • You can cancel your membership at any time.

  • To cancel, log into your Kajabi account or email us at [[email protected]].

  • When cancelled, you’ll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

  • No refunds are issued for partial months or unused time.

4. Community Guidelines

To keep our space supportive and safe, members must:

  • Be kind and respectful to others

  • Keep all shared information confidential

  • Not share access to the WhatsApp group or content with non-members

  • Avoid promoting their own services or products unless invited

Breaking these guidelines may result in removal from the group without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, group recordings, and content shared within The Monday Social Club are the intellectual property of The Monday Club and are for your personal use only. Please don’t copy, redistribute, or resell any content without written permission.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. You’ll be notified by email if any significant changes are made. Continuing your membership confirms your acceptance of the updated terms.
